UPCOMING PROGRAMS, NEWS & EVENTS

AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM - Registration for the 2017-2018 school year is open.   Stop by the membership desk to pick up the parent packet and registration form. We will be at the  following schools:  Aquadale, Badin, Endy, Locust, Richfield and Stanfield. Transportation to Y Pavilion will be available for Central, East Albemarle and Millingport.

HIRING FITNESS FLOOR STAFF - Currently accepting applications for fitness floor staff to work afternoons and evening shifts. Please contact Derrick Almond or Kristen Underwood for further information. Stop by the Membership Desk for an employment application.

One of the best ways to get in shape at the Y is a fun and dynamic group exercise class.

Whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned veteran, classes are a great way to make friends, keep a consistent fitness routine and stay motivated. We offer a large variety of classes, from low-impact to high-energy, for every age and activity level. Use our convenient search tool to find the class that best suits your fitness goals.

Did you know that one of your membership benefits is FREE ACCESS to over 55 group exercise classes (land and water) being taught every week? Participating is easy - just scroll down to find some classes you want to try, and plan on arriving five minutes before the start of the class.
